Where is ArtMuse based?

ArtMuse offers full-service art guidance, consultation and curation services in New York City. Additionally, we offer curated art experiences through museums and galleries  for adults, kids, and families in New York City, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Venice Florence and Madrid.

How do I pay ArtMuse?

We accept cheques, online payment and credit cards. For art experiences, we accept cash as well, but do require a deposit during booking.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Gifting an art experience to a colleague, friend or loved one is easy. Just contact sophia@artmuseny.com. The gift certificate can be applied to an art consultation as well.

Art Experiences

How do I book a tour?

Please contact sophia@artmuseny.com or fill out the registration form. We will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange the appropriate tour for you.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better! Please plan in advance, but we ask that you book at least three days before the scheduled tour.

Can I go on a tour that is not listed on the website?

Yes, however it will depend on the availability of instructors for that particular city.

How big are group tours?

The tour limit is 16 people. For larger groups, tours will be split into smaller groups according to size.

How old must kids be to participate in a tour?

We start our tours with those 3 years old and older.

How long is each tour?

Tour duration vary from city to city, but in general, kids’ tours are between 1 and 1.5 hours and adult tours are 1 hour and 45 minutes. Some tours in cities abroad (such as Venice and Florence) will have longer walking tours to historic locations.

Where do tours meet?

Each tour meets inside the respective museum, generally by the information desk. If you have signed up for a gallery tour, we will specify the exact location upon confirmation.

Does ArtMuse provide transportation to the museum or gallery?

No. Please arrange your own transportation to and from the tour locations.

Do I need to bring anything?

No, please just be ready to be engaged and have fun!

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your tour with full reimbursement up to 72 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If it is less the 48 hours in advance, we will not be able to refund tour payments.

What is Discover.Galleries?

Discover.Galleries is the collector’s personal gallery navigator and consultant, curated by ArtMuse NY. This interactive guide will help collectors and the art enthusiast plan one’s visit to contemporary art galleries and enhance one’s in-gallery experience. Use the phone camera to recognize artworks at the galleries through our image recognition technology, visit galleries and exhibits based on customized tastes and preferences… Discover.Galleries opens up the gallery experience in new ways and allows the art enthusiast to get more out of one’s visit.

Where can I learn more about the app?

Visit artmuse.co to learn more about Discover.Galleries and its functionality. The app is available through the iTunes and Google Play stores.

What is the cost of Discover.Galleries?

There is no cost for users to access the galleries and exhibits.
