I understand that it is my or my child’s caregiver’s responsibility to be in full control of my child’s behavior in order to provide a safe and productive environment for all children. Tuition is 75% refundable before the first class and non-refundable after the first class. Written credit requests are accepted during the first three weeks of the semester. I wish to enroll my child in the ARTKIDS program and I agree to the conditions above.

DATES: Fall classes start the week of September 15th and end the week of January 19th, 2009.

TUITION: $750 for 15 1 hour (includes, admission for one child and one adult, a $25 materials fee and a $25 administrative fee).

HOLIDAYS: There will be no classes the weeks of October 6th, November 24th, and between December 22nd to January 4th.

MAKE-UP CLASSES: one make up class is allowed depending on availability of same-age groups.

REGISTRATION/PAYMENT: Enrollment will be confirmed only upon receipt of full tuition.

POLICIES:

1. For children 3.5-5 years old, an adult MUST accompany each child to every class. One adult museum admission to each class is included in the tuition. *For children 6 and older, an adult may drop off the child and pick him/her up at the end of the class at the same spot in the museum. Special procedures for drop off and pick up will be mailed after enrollment.

2. Classes will start on time. You should plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class. PLEASE BE PROMPT!

3. No siblings or guests will be allowed to attend a class without the prior approval of ARTKIDS. This will be strictly enforced.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME MUSEUMS MAY BE VISITED MORE THAN ONCE, BUT A DIFFERENT TOUR WILL BE GIVEN AT EACH VISIT. ALSO, ARTKIDS TOUR LEADERS WILL LEAD MOST VISITS, WHILE DOCENTS OR EDUCATORS WILL ACCOMPANY AND LEAD THE GROUPS AT CERTAIN MUSEUMS.

A detailed schedule will be sent after a child is registered. Schedule is subject to change. Because of museum scheduling conflicts, the possibility of last-minute changes in location exists. We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment.
